These Terms of Service govern your use of the Right Touch Mobile application. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Right Touch provides a technology platform that connects customers with trained, independent service professionals for home services such as solar, plumbing, electrical work and electronics repair.

1. Nature of the Platform

Right Touch Mobile app is a technology marketplace that enables customers to book services from trained, independent service professionals.

We do not directly provide home services. Service Professionals are trained, independent contractors responsible for the services they deliver.

2. User Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 14 years old
  • You provide accurate and complete information
  • You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Service address

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

4. Service Bookings

When you book a service through the Platform:

  • A request is sent to available Service Professionals
  • The Service Professional accepts and performs the service
  • You agree to provide accurate service details and safe access to the premises

Service availability may vary based on location and technician availability.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Service charges are displayed in the app before booking confirmation.
  • Payments may be made through in-app payment methods or approved payment options.
  • Final charges may vary if additional work is requested or required.
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule bookings through the app.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and service status.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Treat Service Professionals respectfully
  • Provide a safe working environment
  • Not engage in abusive, unlawful or fraudulent behavior
  • Not request services outside the Platform

Violation may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

8. Ratings & Feedback

You may rate and review services after completion. Reviews must be honest and respectful. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform acts only as an intermediary between customers and Service Professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Touch Mobile App is not liable for:

  • Service quality disputes
  • Property damage or losses arising from services
  • Delays or cancellations by Service Professionals

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Provide false information
  • Abuse the Platform or Service Professionals
  • Violate these Terms or applicable laws

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
