This Data Deletion Policy explains how customers using the Right Touch mobile application can request deletion of their personal data and how we process such requests.

1. Your Right to Request Deletion

We respect your privacy and provide you the ability to request:

  • Account deletion
  • Removal of personal information

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification of your request, we will delete or anonymize:

  • Account Information: Name, Phone number, Email address, Saved addresses, Profile photo
  • App Usage Data

3. Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for legal and operational reasons, including:

  • Transaction and payment records
  • Customer support and dispute records
  • Fraud prevention and security logs
  • Data required to comply with legal obligations

This information will be retained only for the legally required period.

4. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request account and data deletion by contacting us:

Please include:

  • Registered phone number
  • Registered email address
Send Deletion Request Email

We may verify your identity before processing the request.

5. Processing Timeline

Once verified, your request will be processed within 7–15 working days.

After deletion:

  • Your account will be permanently removed
  • You will no longer be able to access the app using the deleted account

6. Stopping Data Collection

You can also stop data collection by:

  • Uninstalling the app
  • Disabling app permissions such as location access in device settings

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Data Deletion Policy periodically. Updates will be posted in the app and Play Store listing.
